HostFortress is a brand inside God's Citizens Fortress, LLC, and the whole operation is run by one person — Eric Wright, US Navy veteran and computer technician.

Why this exists

Eric spent years watching small businesses get stuck with hosting that was either too cheap (shared boxes where one customer's broken site takes down everyone's), or too expensive (enterprise platforms with sales calls and 6-figure contracts for what amounts to a WordPress install).

HostFortress is the middle ground that should exist and somehow doesn't: serious infrastructure — true per-site isolation, real DDoS protection, clean egress IPs — at small-business prices, run by an actual human you can email.

The SecEric Initiative

HostFortress is the hosting arm of a broader effort Eric calls the SecEric Initiative — applying enterprise-grade security thinking (network segmentation, intrusion detection, log aggregation, threat intel) to small environments where it normally never reaches.

The same hardening that protects our network protects every site we host. You don't pay extra for it. It's just how we operate.

What makes us different

• Veteran-owned and operated. Not a Veteran-Owned Small Business sticker on someone else's reseller deal. Eric runs every layer.
• Per-customer isolation. Standard practice should be a perimeter around each customer. We do it.
• Clean egress, clean reputation. Dedicated outbound IPs — your site never shares a reputation with someone else's abuse.
• Personal support. Not 24/7 call-center. But when you do hear back, it's from someone who can actually fix the thing.
• No upsell traps. The price on the pricing page is the price you pay. SSL, backups, DDoS — included.

Honest scale

We're new. As of this writing, HostFortress doesn't have a hundred customers yet — we're just opening up. We're not going to pretend otherwise. What we will promise: if you sign up early, you get founder pricing locked in, and a level of attention that bigger hosts physically can't provide.
