What we collect
- Account info — name, email, password hash.
- Billing info — handled by Stripe; we receive only metadata (last 4, brand, country) plus invoice records.
- Service logs — IP addresses, request paths, timestamps. Used for security and troubleshooting.
- Email correspondence — when you contact support, we keep the thread.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We don't run third-party ad trackers on the marketing site.
- We don't read your hosted files or databases except to fix support issues you've asked us to investigate.
Who we share with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Edge CDN / WAF partner — edge proxy, DDoS protection, DNS. (Specific processor name available on request; will be disclosed per legal counsel before launch.)
- Cloud infrastructure partner — VPS infrastructure / egress IPs. (Specific processor name available on request; will be disclosed per legal counsel before launch.)
- Legal process — we comply with valid US legal process and notify affected accounts unless prohibited.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records: as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for tax/legal purposes. Service logs: 90 days rolling. Backups: 30 days rolling.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your account data, ask us to correct something, or close your account at any time. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
The marketing site uses no third-party cookies. The customer portal uses a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
