What virtualization technology are you running?
Real hardware-assisted virtualization. Not containers pretending to be VMs.
Can I bring my own OS image?
Within reason — if it's a mainstream Linux distro or BSD, yes. Email us first so we can confirm we can mount it cleanly.
What about IPv6?
Yes, every VPS gets an IPv6 /64 by default. IPv4 is dedicated and stays with your VPS.
Do you allow VPNs / Tor exits?
Personal VPN use, yes. Public VPN endpoints, no. Tor exit nodes, no (relays are fine). Abuse routing through us → suspension.
How fast can I get a VPS?
Most are provisioned within 24 hours of payment, often within a couple of hours during US business hours.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes — resize between tiers is supported. Larger disk requires a snapshot+restore window; CPU/RAM upgrades are fast.
